Crisis Intensive
For couples in deep distress. We establish emotional safety and rekindle hope—before rebuilding begins.

After completing The Reset, we guide growth-minded couples into high-level relational rhythms for long-term alignment and fulfillment.
The Reset Intensive - Full Description
The Reset Intensive is our foundational experience and the first step for every couple. Over the course of two days, we work with you to uncover the real issues—not just the symptoms—driving conflict, disconnection, or crisis. We then help you identify where you want to go and build a personalized plan with the tools, language, and support you need to move forward. Whether your goal is healing, clarity, or alignment, this experience lays the groundwork for lasting change.
Crisis Intensive - Full Description
The Crisis Intensive is designed for couples facing serious relational breakdown—affairs, betrayal, severe disconnection, or trauma. We begin by establishing safety and emotional stability, helping each partner feel seen and secure. Once stability is achieved, we guide couples through the early work of reconnection and vision-building. This intensive is not just about staying together; it’s about determining what it would take for a meaningful future to be possible.
Optimization Phase - Full Description
The Optimization Phase is for couples who’ve already completed the Reset and want to go further. We help you refine communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and build rhythms that support both your individual and shared goals. This phase includes advanced tools, leadership integration (for couples in business or ministry), and support for long-term alignment. It’s not just maintenance—it’s momentum.

Anthony Witt - Full Bio
Anthony Witt is a clinical mental health therapist and high-performance integration coach who helps high-performing men solve the right problems—personally and professionally—so they can finally thrive. With over a decade of experience, Anthony is known for blending deep clinical insight with entrepreneurial savvy. As the co-founder of Witthouse Counseling, he leads a team serving individuals and couples across Tennessee with locations in Gallatin, Hendersonville, and Nashville. Drawing from his background as a Division I athlete, business owner, and father of seven, Anthony understands the unspoken weight men carry—especially those leading businesses, families, or communities. His clients include executives, founders, and faith-driven leaders who are tired of white-knuckling their way through burnout, relational tension, or inner emptiness. Anthony’s work integrates mind, body, and spirit. Whether in one-on-one coaching, therapy sessions, or marriage intensives alongside his wife Sarah, his mission is the same: to help people become who they’ve always known they could be by uncovering blind spots, naming root issues, and building practical momentum for lasting change.
Sarah Witt - Full Bio
Sarah Witt is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, EMDR-trained trauma specialist, and attachment-based marriage intensive coach who helps individuals and couples move from disconnection to lasting, authentic connection. With a calm, grounded presence and deep emotional intuition, Sarah brings a rare gift to the people she serves: the ability to see through the surface struggles and identify the true problem—often rooted in patterns of fear, shame, and misaligned attachment. From there, she equips clients with practical tools and clear pathways for healing, growth, and restored connection. Sarah holds advanced certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and attachment-based therapy. Her work centers on rebuilding emotional safety, repairing relational ruptures, and helping couples develop strong, sustainable communication. She’s particularly gifted at creating space where both partners feel seen, supported, and empowered to change. As a mother of seven and co-leader of Witthouse Counseling, Sarah’s lived experience shapes her practice. She understands firsthand the challenges of nurturing a thriving relationship amid the demands of parenting, work, and life. Her presence in the room—both gentle and directive—helps people feel safe enough to face what’s really going on and courageous enough to move forward together. Sarah and her husband Anthony co-lead multi-day marriage intensives through Witthouse. These intensives start with the Reset—an experience designed to uncover root issues and realign relational direction—and may include crisis support or optimization phases depending on each couple’s needs. Sarah believes that transformation begins the moment we feel safe enough to show up as our truest selves—and that every couple has the potential to reconnect, heal, and flourish.
